These Montessori Fraction Circles enable children to learn about fractions and to compare them to learn the various relationships in a hands-on way. Also, they can be added and subtracted (through substitution of e.g. one Half-fraction "wedge" with 2 quarter "wedges" then removal of one of these).

The metal circles represent fractions of 1/1 through 10/10. Parts of a whole can be added or removed.
